Synopsis
A little girl's imagination begins to run wild when she is separated from her mother in the crowded Metro of Paris. Her fears begin to subside when someone unexpected comes along to help her.

L’immaginazione di una bambina comincia a scatenarsi quando si separa dalla madre nell’affollata metropolitana di Parigi. Le sue paure iniziano a placarsi quando qualcuno inaspettatamente arriva ad aiutarla.

Mark de Winton-Gilbert
Mark has drawn cartoons for pleasure all his life. As a child he used to sit on his mother’s lap and watch her paint, and that's how he got the drawing bug. As a student, he has worked in the hotel and catering industry, tried broadcasting for a while and taught English to foreign students. Through out all of these professions, he has always continued drawing. He studied Animation for three years on the BA course at the Arts University College at Bournemouth. PERDUS is the first short film he directed.
Mark de Winton-Gilbert
Mark disegna cartoni animati da sempre. Da bambino aveva l’abitudine di sedere in braccio a sua madre e guardarla dipingere, ed è così che è nata la sua passione. Da studente ha lavorato nel settore della ristorazione e in televisione, e ha insegnato inglese a studenti stranieri. Nel frattempo ha continuato a disegnare e ha studiato animazione per tre anni all’Arts University College di Bournemouth. PERDUS è il suo primo cortometraggio da regista.
