Synopsis
TANGLED: BEFORE EVER AFTER
Rapunzel discovers that being part of the royal family may be suffocating. Despite her love for Eugene, Rapunzel, longing for more freedom, refuses a wedding proposal. With Cassandra's help the young girls quit the castle quietly at night, and together they get to the location where the flower, which gave Rapunzel her magic hair, was found. Something strange happens here: thorns come out of the gound and the princess's long hair starts growing again.
At her official coronation, Pocket, her band of thieves and Lady Caine try to kidnap the King, the Queen and their guests, but the girl uses her magic hair to stop them.
The King finds out that his daughter had run away from the castle and orders her not to leave the castle again. In the meantime a mysterious figure arrives at the place where the magic flower was found…
TANGLED: THE SERIES
It could have been the beginning of a fairy-tale after the wedding for Rapunzel but this finale isn't exactly what she had dreamed for. While Eugene gets used to the new royal habits straight away, Rapunzel finds it harder than she had imagined. Under pressure, Rapunzel runs away with her friend and maid Cassandra, learning there is still a lot to discover before being appointed the Princess of the Crown.
