Synopsis
In the calm of the jungle, an unusual noise scares the animals who panic one after the other; as the rumour spreads, their behaviour becomes increasingly irrational.

Nella tranquillità della giungla, un rumore insolito spaventa gli animali che vengono presi dal panico uno dopo l'altro. Il loro comportamento diventa sempre più irrazionale.

Frits Standaert
Born September 28th, 1964. Frits studied animation in the Royal Academy of Fine-Arts in Gent, from 1981 to 1986. Today, he directs commercials and short films, produces films and teaches animation in the RITS art school in Brussels. His previous short films are: JAILBIRDS (1990), WUNDERMILCH (1992), KISS THE MOON (1993) and L’ECRIVAIN (2004). RUMORS was selected at the Giffoni Experience 2011.
Frits Standaert
Frits è nato nel 1964. Ha studiato animazione presso l'Accademia Reale di Belle Arti di Gent, dal 1981 al 1986. Attualmente, dirige spot pubblicitari e cortometraggi, produce film e insegna animazione nella scuola d'arte RITS a Bruxelles. Tra i suoi cortometraggi precedenti sono: JAILBIRDS (1990), WUNDERMILCH (1992), KISS THE MOON (1993) and L’ECRIVAIN (2004). RUMORS è stato presentato al Giffoni Experience 2011.
