Biography

Nicola Maccanico is one of the most esteemed personalities in the Italian film industry. After working for SkyItalia, as their European Affairs Manager, in 2004 he started working for Warner Bros Pictures, as their Marketing Director, transitioning into their Managing Director from 2009 to 2016.  Thanks to his leadership, Warner Bros has become Italy's number one distribution company, contributing, among other things, to many national productions. Starting December 2016, he becomes the CEO of Vision Distribution, the production and distribution company born from the joint venture between the Sky Italia Group and the 5 major Italian independent production companies:  Cattleya, Wildside, Lucisano Media Group, Palomar and Indiana Production.
