Synopsis
Samuel, a 12-year-old boy, lives on a small island in the middle of the sea. He plays, he goes to school, he likes to shoot with the slingshotand go hunting. He likes ground games, even if everything around him is about sea and men, women and children who try to cross the sea to get to his island. But it’s not an island like the others, it’s called Lampedusa, the most symbolic border of Europe, crossed over the last 20 years by thousands of migrants in search for freedom.
