Anna Gigante
Anna Gigante was born in Conversano, in the Bari region of Italy. She moved to Rome where she earned her degree in Sociology and a Diploma in theater at the Accademia Nazionale d'Arte Drammatica Silvio D'Amico. Then she studied filmmaking at the New York Film Academy in NYC. She works as an actress in cinema, television and theater. In 2010 she wrote and directed her first short movie LINEA NIGRA that has been selected at The 67th International Film Festival of Venice. Her second Short IN THE HALF LIGHT has been nominated as best Italian short 2016 from the "David di Donatello" Academy.
