Synopsis
Carlo comes back to teach in his city of origin. Among his new pupils, he meets Dario, whose father has an accident at work. One day, children steal the workers’ tools in a building site. At dawn, Dario will have an unexpected surprise.

Andrea D'Ambrosio is a documentary filmmaker. His career began in 1998 with the short film ECCE NANNI, followed by the documentaries: ATTORI DI VITA (1999), NEL PAESE DI TEMPORALI E DI PRIMULE (2000), COME UNA NUVOLA CHE DANZA (2001), GLI ANNI NEL CASSETTO (2001), PESCI COMBATTENTI (2003), BIUTIFUL CAUNTRI (directed in 2008 and awarded in many festivals), CAMPANIA BURNING (2009), I GIORNI DELLA MERLA (2010, on urban gardens and biodiversity), DI MESTIERE FACCIO IL PAESOLOGO (2010, about the writer and poet Franco Arminio).
