Gabriele Mainetti
Gabriele è laureato in Storia e Critica del Cinema, ha frequentato corsi di regia, direzione della fotografia, produzione e sceneggiatura alla TISCH School of the Arts di New York e studiato recitazione a Roma. Dal 1998 inizia la carriera teatrale alternata alle esperienze televisive e cinematografiche (Stiamo bene insieme, La omicidi, Briciole, Rapidamente, Il cielo in una stanza, Un altro anno e poi cresco). Frequenta corsi di composizione musicale e arrangiamento sul computer tenuti da Gianluca Podio e Luca Proietti presso il Saint Louis College of Music di Roma. Ha firmato le musiche di cortometraggi e documentari e diretto i corto IL PRODUTTORE (2004), ULTIMA SPIAGGIA (2005), BASETTE (2008) che partecipa a più di 50 festival tra i quali il Festival del Film di Locarno e il Festival del Corto della 25 Ora che vince come miglior film. Tiger Boy è il suo nuovo cortometraggio.

Gabriele graduated in Film History and Film Criticism, attended courses in directing, cinematography, production and screenwriting at the TISCH School of the Arts in New York and trained as an actor in Rome. From 1998 he began his career as theatre, TV and cinema actor (Stiamo bene insieme, La omicidi, Briciole, Rapidamente, Il cielo in una stanza, Un altro anno e poi cresco).  He attended courses in music composition and arrangement on computers maintained by Gianluca Podio and Luca Proietti at the Saint Louis College of Music in Rome. He composed music for short films and directed the short films IL PRODUTTORE (2004), ULTIMA SPIAGGIA (2005), BASETTE (2008) that participates in more than 50 festivals including the Locarno Film Festival and the Festival del Corto della 25 Ora winning Best Picture. Tiger Boy is his new short film.
