Born in 1956 in Marosvásárhely (Romania), he studied at the Faculty of Graphic of Ion Andreescu University of Fine Arts in Kolozsvár. In 1986 he took his diploma in animation directing at College Luca Caragiale for Theatre and Film Art. From 1981 to 1987 he worked at Animafilm as a layout artist and animator. Since 1989 he has been living in Hungary and working at Kecskemétfilm Ltd. as animation film director. He was a co-director, storyboard writer and animation director of many episode of HUNGARIAN FOLK TALES series. In acknowledgement of his art work he has been given Béla Balázs Award in 2007.

Born in 1951 in Kíkes (Transylvania). He graduated as a graphic artist at the Ion Andreescu University of Fine Arts in Kolozsvár in 1976. From 1976 to 1985 he worked for film studio Animafilm in Bucharest (Romania). Between 1984-1986 he finished his studies at the Animation Direction Faculty of College Luca Caragiale for Theatre and Film Art (Bucharest). Since 1987 he has been working at Kecskemétfilm Ltd. as an animation director. He was awarded the Béla Balázs Prize, and his films have won the Main Prizes at several international film festivals.
