Richard, 7 years old, wants to kiss his schoolmate Camilla. Camilla wants him to kiss her, too. But before they get that far, they are interrupted.

The three directors and screenwriters were all born in 1982 and are all alumni of Westerdals School of Communication in Oslo, Norway, where they studied film and television. During their studies they produced, wrote and directed several short films, documentaries, music videos and commercials. Some have won awards, others have been screened at festivals both in Norway and abroad. ONCE UPON A CHERROX marks the trio’s first attempt at shooting on 16mm film.
