Synopsis
An Iranian village is occupied by the Iraqi army. Rahman, a shepherd boy, is the only one allowed to move with his herd of buffalo. He hides a friend who, trying to leave the village, had been to kill a soldier of the enemy army unleashing the wrath of the occupiers. Thanks to his help, the man will be able to escape to reunite with the Iranian troops. Rahman assists powerlessly in the dramatic development of the war and, to save himself from retaliation, kills the Iraqi soldier who captured him.
