Synopsis
Toon star Roger is worried that his wife Jessica is playing pattycake with someone else, so the studio hires detective Eddie Valiant to snoop on her. But the stakes are quickly raised when Marvin Acme is found dead and Roger is the prime suspect. Groundbreaking interaction between the live and animated characters, and lots of references to classic animation.

ROBERT ZEMECKIS
A whiz-kid with special effects, Robert is from the Spielberg camp of film-making (Steven Spielberg produced many of his films). Usually working with writing partner Bob Gale, Robert's earlier films show he has a talent for zany comedy (All'inseguimento della pietra verde (1984), 1941 - Allarme a Hollywood (1979)) and special effect vehicles (Chi ha incastrato Roger Rabbit (1988) and Ritorno al futuro (1985)).
