Marat Narimanov
Marat was born in 1981 in Moscow, Russia. Graduated as a cameraman, he worked for a dozen years in the Moscow drama theaters. Now works as an illustrator/designer and animation film director. His previous film BIG BOOOM premiered at Sitges and was a huge Worldwide success, with screenings at more than 300 festivals including Zagreb animated FF, Palm Springs Shortfest, Flickerfest, Cleveland International film festival, Busan International Short film festival and many other, receiving 29 awards, the most important ones at Clermont-Ferrand, Curtocircuito and Interfilm Berlin. It's been picked-up by companies such as Canal+ and HBO Eastern Europe.
