Marco Iermanò

Marco was born in Locri, Calabria, in 1988. After graduating from high school in Rome, in his early twenties he made his debut as an actor in Giuseppe Tornatore’s film BAARIA, and in that same year he was among the performers of Michele Placido’s IL GRANDE SOGNO, both presented at the 66th Venice Film Festival. Among others he worked with Paolo and Vittorio Taviani (Maraviglioso Boccaccio) Renato De Maria (La prima linea). In 2021 he is on the set of EXTERIOR NIGHT directed by Marco Bellocchio. COSTELLAZIONI D’AUTUNNO, his first short as a director, was distributed by Prime Video, DOCUMENTO is his first documentary as a director.
