Harald Sicheritz
Born in Stockholm. He studied Communication and Political Science in Vienna. Also active as a director for various TV series and commercials, his theatrical feature films include MUTTERTAG (1993), FREISPIEL (1995), HINTERHOLZ 8 (1998), WANTED (1999), POPPITZ (2002), MA 2412 - DIE STAATSDIENER (2003), DARUM (2007), 3FALTIG (2010). He is not only a director, but is also the founder and bassist of the music group Wiener Wunder.

Non è solo regista, ma anche fondatore e bassista del gruppo musicale dei Wiener Wunder.

Director’s Statement
“The movie conjures up memories from my own childhood. The charm of the film consists of the mingling of the real world, which Lilli has in common with her audience, and the magical world, which we can only enter on the big screen. One of the great advantages of the concept behind the movie series is that we experience Lilli’s adventure from her point of view, meaning that we see through the eyes of a child. With her adventure, Lilli awakens an interest in the strange and fantastic. The film also offers an excellent opportunity for delving into themes like power and social responsibility without being overly demanding or even boring. Children want to be taken seriously. They do not want a film that is obviously a children’s film”.
