Synopsis
Why does Moa’s or Maxi’s fathers never pick them up at school? And why is it that Isa’s letters from mom never arrives, has she really put them in the right box? Moa, Maxi and Isa are three children that count the days until their mom or dad will come out of jail. The film is based on real stories and invites us to these children’s inner worlds.

Monne Lindström
She studied web design, digital text and image processing, Media production, grafic design from 1986 to 1999. Monne is also an artist who works with scrap and objects, that she picks off the street and she made exhibitions of her art works in many galleries. She worked as Graphic artist, illustrator and book designer from 1995 -1998 and as graphic artist for film productions at Vilda Bomben Film AB since 2007. As a filmmaker Monne debuted in 2010 with the animated short film ANYONE FOR TENNIS? Her new film is an animated documentary about children with a parent in custody: COUNTING DAYS AND YEARS (2014).
