Márta Mészáros (Kispest, 19 September 1931) is a Hungarian director.
He has directed several films, including Adoption (1975, Golden Bear at the Berlin festival) and the trilogy Diario for my children (1984, Grand Prix Special of the Jury at the Cannes Film Festival), Diary for my loves (1987) , Diary for my father and my mother (1990).
She was married to director Miklós Jancsó.
