Synopsis
Tanya lives in a big city near the sea with her friends: Rita, Tolia and Vitya. Every afternoon the boys get together and play on the beach; once, when they return home, they are attacked by a sanbernard named Baghira. Tanya manages to make friends with him and feeds him sandwiches and sugar. The owner of the dog, Vassily Kuzmich must move and decides to entrust Baghira to the child; so happy days begin for Tanya but unfortunately the dog will soon be sold and brought to the Caucasus. It's a blow to Tanya. However one day watching TV, the little girl finds out that the dog in the mountains has saved many people. For the first time in many days a happy smile makes his face shine.
