After winning the crowds at the Giffoni Film Festival 2015, the little Italian E.T. “Grotto” hits Italian theatres on April 21 courtesy of Thalia Film in collaboration with Europictures. The protagonist of the 3D feature Il by Micol Pallucca, Grotto is a living stalagmite with bright blue eyes who expresses itself through guttural sounds and doesn't like being touched. 

Shot in the beautiful setting of the Frasassi Grottos, the film is an adventureous comedy that tells the story of a misteryous creature in computer graphic, and 5 kids played by Christian Roberto, Gabriele Fiore and first time on screen actors Iris Caporuscio, Samuele Biscossi and Leonardo Similaro.
