Kealan O’Rourke
Kealan graduated from The National Film School, Dun Laoghaire in Ireland. He went on to write and direct a series of live-action and animated short films including BEFORE SUNRISE, the IFTA-nominated THE CHRISTMAS LETTER starring Kate Winslet and THE BOY IN THE BUBBLE, narrated by Alan Rickman, which went on to win the IFTA for ‘Best Animation’ along with over twenty international awards. Children’s TV animation series include BB AGUS BELLA (TG4), HAVANANIMAL (RTEjr) and PEEK ZOO (KIKA, SRF, RTEjr). Feature writing credits include BOLIVAR (Warner Bros), THE HOUDINI BOX (20th Century Fox), EMILY THE STRANGE (Universal) and DANGER MOUSE (eOne). ALIEN XMAS, which Kealan wrote with Jon Favreau producing, was released in 2020 for Thanksgiving on Netflix.
Maurizio Parimbelli
Maurizio has extensive experience as a senior animator and animation director for both live action features and animated films and TV Series. He worked as a VFX animation supervisor on a wide range of live action features, including two volumes of the HARRY POTTER film series and Warner Bros CHARLIE AND THE CHOCOLATE FACTORY. More recently, Maurizio settled down in Dublin and worked as animation director of Nickelodeon’s CGI series PETER RABBIT, and Lupus Films and Dream Logic’s THE CHRISTMAS LETTER. Maurizio also directed Amazon Prime’s CGI series THE STINKY AND DIRTY SHOW.
