BIOGRAPHY
FRANCESCO APOLLONI was born and lives in Rome. He is a multi-hyphened artist, director, writer, reporter, actor and producer. He studied acting in Italy and then went on to continue at The Actors Studio in Los Angeles. He has written and directed numerous stage plays, written novels, made documentaries, shorts and feature films. Many of his films have participated at Film Festivals and have been praised by critics and audiences alike. He has also made social campaigns against drug addiction and for cancer research. He also co starred in box office hits in Italy such as “Scusa ma ti chiamo amore” and “Scusa ma ti voglio sposare”. He also featured in “Third Person” directed by Academy Award winner Paul Haggis, alongside Adrien Brody. Amongst his other credits “Tutta colpa di Freud” by Paolo Genovese, “Ovunque tu sarai” by Roberto Capucci with Ricky Memphis, Francesco Montanari and Primo Reggiani.
