He left Giffoni in 1999 wearing the mysterious smile of a very young actor full of dreams and expectations. In the meantime STEFANO ACCORSI has grown and so has his career, yet the magic of the Festival that surprised him twenty years ago has not changed. He’s come with a considerable wealth of experience, for a meeting that turned into a journey through emotions and memories, mostly a chat between young and  inspirational friends, where Stefano Accorsi has also received the EXPERIENCE AWARD.

With no hesitation, he explained there’s something very simple that makes Giffoni such a special experience. “I have fond memories of this Festival, here I found the simplicity and immediacy of human contacts”, he said. “Cultural contamination is amazing. I still remember when we had dinner all together and told about each other all night long. This Festival – he concluded – literally tells us that passion is essential and it gets more and more important day after day”.
