ANDREA CASTELLANI
È nato a Firenze nel 1975. Illustratore, regista e animatore, è socio e fondatore dello studio CARTOBALENO dal 2001. Ricopre molteplici ruoli grazie a competenze informatiche software e hardware e alle sue capacità manuali, spaziando dall’animazione al montaggio, dall’illustrazione alla grafica web, dalle consulenze tecniche alla supervisione. Ha frequentato il corso di formazione STAR 3 specializzandosi in “comunicazione in animazione”. Successivamente si è specializzato nel background design e illustrazione digitale. Andrea è anche insegnante d’animazione in numerosi corsi. Il suo corto UNA CAGNOLINA PARTICOLARE è stato presentato al Giffoni Experience 2012. Tra le opere anche il corto 06/08/2045 LIFE ON MARS? premiato in numerosi festival.

He holds several roles thanks to software and hardware and computer skills and his manual skills, ranging from animation to editing, from illustration to web graphics, from supervising to technical advice. He attended the training course 3 STAR specializing in "communication and animation". He later specialized in background design and digital illustration. Andrea is also an animation teacher. His short film A SPECIAL PUPPY was presented at the Giffoni Experience 2012. Among his works there is also the short 6/8/2045 LIFE ON MARS? awarded in several festivals
