Mohamed Hossameldin
Mohamed Hossameldin is an Italian-Egyptian filmmaker, born in Alexandria in 1983. After moving to Italy, he worked as a video operator for Mediaset and Sky, and then produced several independent short films and documentaries. In 2011, he enrolled at the Rome University of Fine Arts, where he graduated in 2014 with the thesis "The essence of cinema. How to become a director." In 2017 he has written and directed the short film SOTTO TERRA, with Daniele Ciprì as director of photography. He is currently writing his first feature film.
