Synopsis
July 17th, 1994. Italy plays against Brazil in the World Cup finals. On the other side of the ocean, in a southern Italian village, Martino has one last chance to put the moves on Alice. But time is running short. The match goes to penalties. Just like Roberto Baggio, Martino is at a crucial point.

He was born in Catania in 1984. During his studies in Literature, in Trento, he began experimenting video and photography as an expressive and ideal medium. In 2008 he made his first short film MALEDETTA PRIMAVERA, using super8 family movies. In 2012 he participated in the Berlinale Talent Campus with the documentary NULLA È ACCADUTO and in 2013 at Film Factory Italia, where he directed Cristiana Capotondi in HANDS. He has been selected at NISIMASA European Short Pitch 2015 with the screenplay of NON GIOCO PIÙ (aka Odio L’estate). In 2015 he directed the documentary MARLENE KUNTZ. COMPLIMENTI PER LA FESTA, special event of the 56th Festival of People in Florence.
