Dato Kiknavelidze
Born in 1989 in Tbilisi, Georgia. He holds the Master Degree in Fine Arts and the Bachelor Degree in Animation, from Tbilisi State Academy of Arts. Dato is winner of Robert Bosch Co-Production film Prize 2013, with short animation film project Geno. He works in the CG Design Studio of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia. He is Art Director of Lira Production Studios (Georgia). In 2012, he worked for Larva Game Studios (Mexico). In November 2016, he participated in Cartoon Springboard Program taking place in Halle, Germany. In 2012 and 2013, he participated in the Robert Bosch Co-Production Prize Nominees Forums in Berlin and Wiesbaden. He participated in the Stuttgart Animation Co-Production forums in 2012 and 2013. In 2012, he was selected participant of the Project Market Tbilisi. In 2011, he was participant of 48H Animation Jam of 18.International Animated Film Festival, Stuttgart (Germany) and AnimaCampus Tallinn (Estonia). Dato is multiple winner of Georgian National Film Center Competitions.
