JUMANJI

Category: Edition 2015

Synopsis
In 1869 two brothers bury a mysterious chest. One hundred years later, in 1969, Alan Parrish, 12 year-old, son of the rich tycoon Samuel Parrish, recovers the chest, containing a board game called “Jumanji”, and takes the game home. After an argument with his father, Alan plans to run away, until his friend Sarah arrives and they begin playing “Jumanji”. They soon discover the magical powers of the game, that brings up the most dangerous and wild elements of the Amazon and African forests in the reality of the persons who are playing. So Alan is sucked and trapped into the game. Twenty-six years later, Peter and Judy Shepherd move into the vacant Parrish house. They begin again playing Jumanji, and free Alan, who now is an adult. The creatures and disasters produced by Jumanji will be stopped only when the game will end.
