Synopsis
A child’s daydream during a school lesson is abruptly interrupted by the teacher. The teacher threatens to cut off one of his young students' ears to stimulate concentration and prevent further escapes into the realm of the imagination.

Roberto Catani
Born in Jesi in 1965. He is an animator and teacher of Animation at the Art Institute in Urbino. He debuted in 1995 with the short film THE RED FISH and since then his films have been screened and awarded at numerous international festivals. ABSEN MINDED is his most recent work.
