Davide Minnella

Born 1979, Gallipoli (Italy). He graduated in Public Relations from Iulm in Milan. He attended the Fiction School Mediatrade and participated to the Film Direction and Production workshop of Fandango Productions. He wrote several TV programmes. He made the short films BAR (2003), NEVER WHERE WE SHOULD BE (MAI DOVE DOVREMMO ESSERE, 2005), THE DOOR (LA PORTA, 2009), and AS IT SHOULD BE (COME SI DEVE, 2009) which was screened at the GFF 2010 and received a Special Mention for Screenplay at the 2011 Nastri d’Argento (Silver Ribbons). In 2006 he co-directed, along with Alessandro D’Alessandro and Annalisa Lo Pinto, the documentary WRITERS LEAGUE (SCRITTORI NEL PALLONE). IT’S GONNA TAKE A MIRACLE is his first feature film as a director.
