Elena Madrid
Born in St. Gallen, Switzerland in 1969. She studied fine arts at School of Art and Design, Lucerne Switzerland (1993-1998). Since 1998 she has been commissioned works as Illustrator and Graphic Designer and has directed her independent animated short films. In 2003 she obtained an Art scholarship for animation film in Cracow (Poland). In 2004 she became a member of the Swiss Animated Film Group (STFG). She directed the short films: 1999 -Zuckerwatte ist schwierig zu beissen / Candy floss is hard to bite; 2001 Tomatenstriptease / Tomato Striptease; 2003 Casa Lunatica / Lunatic House; 2005 - Der Kussdieb / The Kiss Thief; 2011 Wenn der Wind dreht / When the Wind turns.

Elena Madrid
È nata a St. Gallen, in Svizzera nel 1969. Ha studiato Belle Arti presso la Scuola di Arte e Design, di Lucerna in Svizzera (1993-1998). Dal 1998 ha realizzato su commissione illustrazioni e lavorato come graphic designer. Inoltre ha diretto da indipendente i suoi cortometraggi animati. Nel 2003 ha ottenuto una borsa di studio sul cinema d'animazione a Cracovia (Polonia). Nel 2004 è divenuta membro del Gruppo Svizzero del Film d'Animazione (STFG).
