Max Croci
Illustrator and art director, he directed his first short film BE QUEEN in 1995. His second work, RED TIGER, won the third prize at the Turin Film Festival. Since 1998, he directed several commercials and the short films GLAMOUR EXPRESS, MARAMEO and I WANTED TO KNOW ABOUT LOVE. The latter marks the beginning of his collaboration with writer Matteo B. Bianchi and won numerous awards including the Silver Ribbon for the best actress (Marina Confalone). Since 2003 he has written and directed several productions for SKY, as the DIZIONARIO DEL CINEMA with Steve Della Casa, ITALIA 70, IL CINEMA A MANO ARMATA, with Umberto Lenzi and L'ARTE DEI TITOLI DI TESTA. In 2007 he made - with Lucio Pellegrini for the Italian network Italia 1 - the sit-com 1: LA STRANA COPPIA with Italian comedians Luca and Paolo. The latest works of Max include: BLACK TEARS, a noir short film written by Matteo Bortolotti; SCREWDRIVER, a comedy written by Massimo Piesco and PANETTERIA MAIELLO, a sitcom for the web, starring Luca and Paolo.

Dal 1998 firma numerosi spot pubblicitari, e i cortometraggi GLAMOUR EXPRESS, MARAMEO e VOLEVO SAPERE SULL’AMORE, che segna l’inizio della sua collaborazione con lo scrittore Matteo B. Bianchi. Il corto vince numerosi premi, tra cui il Nastro d'argento all'interprete, Marina Confalone. Dal 2003 è autore e regista di diverse produzioni SKY, come il DIZIONARIO DEL CINEMA con Steve Della Casa, ITALIA 70, IL CINEMA A MANO ARMATA, con Umberto Lenzi e L'ARTE DEI TITOLI DI TESTA. Nel 2007 firma, con Lucio Pellegrini, la sit-com per Italia 1 LA STRANA COPPIA con Luca e Paolo. Gli ultimi lavori sono LACRIME NERE, noir scritto da Matteo Bortolotti e interpretato da Alessandro Sampaoli e Lucrezia Piaggio, SCREWDRIVER, commedia scritta da Massimo Piesco, e PANETTERIA MAIELLO, una sit-com per il web, interpretata da Luca e Paolo.
