Synopsis
Tom is 10, Piet is 6 years old. Two inseparable brothers. Tom explains the world in his very own way, enabling his little brother to understand life`s secrets. He always turns things the way that they make sense.

Halina Dyrschka
Halina was born in 1975 in Berlin and is a director and producer. In 2007 she founded the film production company “Ambrosia Film”. The company has produced several short films which have been shown at international film festivals. In 2005 she was invited to the Berlinale Talent Campus. With the documentary-film KINDER BRAUCHEN GUTE FILME! (Children Need Good Films!) about German films for children in 2009, she did her diploma film. Halina Dyrschka studied acting and film production. She acted in several theatres and TV productions. In 2009 she founded GOOD FILMS FOR CHILDREN, a project that supports screenings of children’s films around cinemas in Berlin. NEUNEINHALBS ABSCHIED (Nineandahalfs Goodbye) is her debut as a director.
Halina Dyrschka
Halina è nata nel 1975 a Berlino ed è regista e produttrice. Nel 2007 ha fondato la società di produzione cinematografica "Ambrosia Film". L'azienda ha realizzato diversi cortometraggi presentati in diversi festival internazionali. Nel 2005 è stata invitata al Berlinale Talent Campus. Il documentario KINDER BRAUCHEN GUTE FILME! (2009, I Bambini hanno bisogno di buoni film!) sui film tedeschi per bambini, è stato il suo saggio di diploma. Halina Dyrschka ha studiato recitazione e produzione. Ha recitato in diversi spettacoli teatrali e produzioni televisive. Nel 2009 ha creato GOOD FILMS FOR CHILDREN, un progetto che supporta le proiezioni di film per bambini nei cinema di Berlino. NEUNEINHALBS ABSCHIED (Nineandahalfs Goodbye) segna il suo debutto come regista.
