Maria Mac Dalland
She was born in 1965. In 1981, Maria Mac Dalland began as an apprentice with the animator Jannik Hastrup. In 1983-85 she went to Nicaragua to set up an animation section at the Nicaraguan Film Institute. Through the eighties and nineties Maria Mac Dalland directed her own films alternating with work as an animator, photographer, editor, and assistant director on the productions of others. In particular, she worked in close co-operation with Liller Møller and Tegnedrengene.
