Synopsis

Jess and Leslie have now become good friends – after a few initial problems at a race meeting – and are now side by side fighting against the school bullies. She loves telling stories whilst his drawing abilities are quite amazing. Together they invent Terabithia, a magic land hidden in the woods at the back of their houses, to which one can have access to by crossing a river using a rope. Jess and Leslie crowned King and Queen of Terabithia are the main characters of fantastic stories and exciting adventures so much so that their magic world seems to be the only place to turn to in order to avoid the harshness of reality.
