Frédérick Tremblay
He is 25 years old. He obtained a degree in animation from the Cégep de Rivière-du-Loup in 1999. Since then, he has teamed up with Marc Boutin for two films using puppet animation. The first, ROBOT ROMANCE, collected awards at festivals in Vancouver and Quebec, while the second, THÉATRI SIMON, won the jury prize at the Vidéaste recherché(e) competition in 2000. He has also made four independent shorts, including M.POU. REMOTE PARADISE is his first collaboration with the National Film Board of Canada.
