Synopsis

The best thing Iver (9) knows is swimming, but today his swimming lesson has been cancelled. Nonetheless he manages to get past the receptionist. No matter what Iver does in the swimming pool, the strict sound of the lifeguard’s whistle is heard. Eventually he gets thrown out. He is sulking in the reception area. People are leaving the swimming pool, and Iver gets an idea! He sneaks back in to swim some more. But suddenly he hears somebody coming – it’s the scary lifeguard...

iver regChristian Lo

Born in 1977, he completes a three-year Bachelor degree in Film & Video Production in July 2001 at the Surrey Institute of Art & Design University College in England, where he writes and directs his graduation film PUNCTURED. This short has been screened at over 20 national and international film festivals, and has received several awards. It has been sold to Norwegian, Swedish and Dutch television, and has been distributed on video and screened in Oslo. Last year Christian made the short film MOUSETRAP, and he is currently developping the script for his first feature film, a film for children.
