THE BLOODY NUISANCE

Category: Edition 2001

Synopsis
Pauline, a 9-year-old girl full of energy lives with her mother, Anna. Her father left them to go to America years ago. Pauline never liked her boyfriends including the last one, Pit. Soon, however, the mother is left because the man, a convinced bachelor, has no intention of having a family. Anna is upset and Pauline swears revenge. With the help of his best friend, Leon, he will make man's life hell. One day he puts Coca Cola in the tank of Pit's bike and when, shortly after, the man has a serious accident she feels guilty. He also understands that his mother still loves him and so does another promise: Pit will have to learn to love Anna and live with her forever. Certainly convincing him is not easy, but with astuteness Pauline reaches the goal and Pit asks Anna to marry him. Now it's up to Pauline to suffer. Pit moves to their home and soon there will be a little brother coming. The child feels increasingly neglected and discovers that family life is not a bed of roses. We need mutual trust and we must accept others for what they are, even for their shortcomings. But the most important thing for her will be to learn how much, despite appearances, her mother and Pit love her.
