Synopsis
In the waters of the North-West Pacific Jesse meets up again with Willy, the killer whale who two years earlier had regained his freedom thanks to his help. An environmental disaster caused by an enormous oil slick threatens to separate Willy from the school. Jesse and his friends, Randolph and Nadine, come to the aid of Willy’s sister, who is caught in the slick, and then help her kid brother, who has ventured into shallow water, to get back out into the open sea and the mother who awaits him. Once more Jesse risks his life to save Willy, certain that the killer whale will be there should Jesse ever need him.
