KADOUR NAIMI
Kadour Naimi, or Kaddour Naïmi (November 4, 1945), is a film producer, playwright, writer and Algerian filmmaker.
The son of a shoemaker father and a housewife mother, he obtains a double diploma of maturity, in French and in Arabic, then, at the University of Orano, a double Certificate of general literary studies: in French and in Arabic (1965-1966) . He succeeds in entering the École supérieure d'art dramatique in Strasbourg, then directed by Hubert Gignoux and Pierre Lefèvre (1966 - 1968), where he studies directing and dramaturgy. Back in Algeria, he makes himself known in the theater field.
At the end of 1973, he emigrated to Belgium. All'U.C.L. (1974 - 1979) obtained a degree in sociology, then began a research doctorate in sociology of revolutions (1979 - 1982).
Interested in cinema, he emigrated to Italy in 1982, obtains citizenship and deals with film productions, literature and chronicles in the French-language newspaper Le Matin d'Algérie.
