Synopsis
Niko is a Greek boy who lives in a village on a small island in the Aegean. He is an orphan and lives with his uncle who makes him work as a shepherd in the mountains and as a servant at home. Niko is smart and sharp and aspires to a better life, so he tries different experiences but all of them are mael. In the end NIko finds himself being a bandit and proposes to his companions to kidnap his uncle's daughter, Katerina.
