From age 6 to 9 children start to become more independent, therefore they have more responsibilities. The quest for autonomy often escalates into conflict with the parents, which the child wants to detach from but is still reluctant to do so. The Festival answer to this need for independence with section Elements +6, and it is no accident that parents are not allowed to participate.
