28 August #Giffoni50

“Giffoni does not stop. On the contrary, it doubles, it goes on until December, it multiplies. It is the result of a success which arrived thanks to the sacrifice of those who believed in this idea, a success which involves kids.
A comeback to Giffoni in the fiftieth year of the Festival, a year that closes the trilogy of topics dedicated to the elements. This year’s topic is the Earth, which Costa, as Minister of the Environment, wants to preserve and protect.
“If the wind of change blows, be windmills”. Chiara Marciani, member of the Formation and Equal Opportunities Regional Giunta of Campania, is back to Giffoni to meet the Dream Team, with the experience of “an adventure of five years in the executive of palazzo Santa Lucia (seat of the Regional Giunta).
It will be the new teen dramedy made in Italy in autumn: Sul più bello will be released on October 22nd and is produced by Eagle Pictures, is the first work by Alice Filippi, premiering with the first unreleased scenes at #Giffoni50 and presented by the protagonists Ludovica Francesconi, Eleonora Gaggero, Gaja Masciale, Jozef Gjura, the singer Alfa, the director Alice Filippi, and the producer and screenwriter Roberto Proia.
What do we actually need? The essential, the necessary, the environment. “Just think about the number of objects we have in our houses and how long it takes them to turn into litter”: this is how Ezio Maisto tried to explain it at #Giffoni50.
From harsh reality to the tale: this is the beginning of “Cam’s War”, a story dealing with escape in a devastated world: “This story originates from the liberation of a city in Syria - the director Laura Muscardin said - where only two Russian speaking children in total abandonment where found, totally lost. We should try to imagine how the world could be and how it should not be”.
