Soon on tv and in theaters with MADE IN ITALY, I RAGAZZI DELLO ZECCHINO D’ORO, and MIO FRATELLO RINCORRE I DINOSAURI, the actor will be in Giffoni on July 22nd

Young and ambitious, he already has important roles to his name, while on television he is among the protagonists of the most beloved fiction productions: on Monday July 22nd Saul Nanni  will meet the 6200 jurors of the 49th edition of the Giffoni Film Festival. The 20-year-old actor will not only meet the jurors and tell them the rewards of the recent years achieved in both tv and film, but will also receive the GIFFONI EXPLOSIVE AWARD, the recognition that Giffoni dedicates to rising talents.

Saul will be soon busy on several fronts: from tv to the big screen. Greatly awaited for are his participations in the cast of MADE IN ITALY, the first tv series about the birth of Italian fashion in the seventies, directed by Luca Lucini and Ago Panini, in the tv film “I RAGAZZI DELLO ZECCHINO D’ORO”  directed by Ambrogio Lo Giudice and then again in theaters with “MIO FRATELLO RINCORRE I DINOSAURI”, a film based on the book by Giacomo Mazzariol under the direction of Stefano Cipani, here performing together with Alessandro Gassman and Isabella Ragonese.

SAUL NANNI started his career when, a 13-year-old boy, first worked for rai1 in La Certosa di Parma and then debuted in cinema in the film by Luca Miniero “Un boss in salotto”, winner of the biglietto d’oro award. From 2015 to 2017 he was among the protagonists of the Italian situation comedy Alex & Co. for Disney Channel. He was then cast in the film  Come diventare grandi nonostante i genitori (2016), by Luca Lucini with Matthew Modine, Margherita Buy and Giovanna Mezzogiorno. These works were followed by the big hits for Rai 1 Non dirlo al mio capo (2016-2018) and Scomparsa (2017), both with Vanessa Incontrada. 2018 was the year of great opportunities: Pupi Avati cast him as co-protagonist of the tv film for Rai Il fulgore di Dony (may 2018) where he interpreted an intense and dramatic role. In 2019 he will be both on tv and in theaters with three new projects.
