GIFFONI/MACEDONIA, GUBITOSI IN SKOPJE TO ORGANIZE THE 5TH EDITION

Giffoni Experience Director Claudio Gubitosi just came back from a brief but intense mission in Skopje to focus on the 5th edition of Giffoni Macedonia.

The meetings with the director of the Macedonian Film Agency Mimi Gjorgoska-Ilievska and Giffoni Macedonia director Darko Basheski helped to strengthen the strategic alliance and nail down the event which has become a real successful landmark in the area, attracting both a lot of international and local interest. The fifth edition takes place from 18 to 23 October. The strategic meetings were hosted at the Italian Embassy in Skopje where director Gubitosi, informed Ambassador Carlo Romeo, in his office, of the outcome and decisions made with the executive team, thanking him for his support. The team then set off to meet Minister Elizabeta Kanceska-Milevska at the Ministry of Culture where a press conference unveiling some details of the agreement was hosted. A long fruitful meeting with the Giffoni Macedonia partners then took place at the Film Agency where more roles and responsibilities were defined and assigned.

"I wish to thank on behalf of the whole Giffoni team Darko Basheski General Director and official representative of Giffoni in this wonderful Country - stated Gubitosi before leaving Macedonia - A special thanks also goes to the kind and wonderful Minister of Culture, Elizabeta Kanceska-Milevska, for kindly supporting and sharing our vision and mission.I also wish to thank the Italian Ambassador in Skopje, Carlo Romeo, from the bottom of my heart, for his precious collaboration.
