Masterclass is the answer to a precise question: how can the trauma of separation for the jurors be avoided? How to support them in their journey from adolescents to young adults ready to enter the labour market? In 2009 comes the solution: what until then had been the Festival of youth, became a support for young people making their first steps into adulthood.
