BIOGRAPHY

Evanna Lynch was born on 16 August 1991 in Termonfeckin, a small town off the Irish coast. She was always a great fan of the young wizard Harry Potter sagasince the very first book. In 2003 she met  the J. K Rowling and received an autographed copy of the 5th book. Nonetheless the big break came in 2006, when the Irish actress was chosen out of  15 Thousand kids for Harry Potter And The Order Of The Phoenix. She soon became famous thanks to her role as dazed Luna Lovegood.  Evanna, just like Tom Felton had to dye her hair for the role, first dark blonde and then bleached blonde. in 2013 after the wizard saga she played McKenzie Price, an ordinary student searching for popularity amongst her high school students in G.B.F. (2013) by Darren Stein. Two years later in (2015) she was the leading player in My name is Emily directed by Simon Fitzmaurice, in which she runs away on her sixteenth birthday with her friend Arden. She will embark on a journey searching for her biological father, a visionary writer locked in an asylum. The feature film is in competition in Generator +16  for the  46th Giffoni Film Festival.
