BIOGRAPHY

Alessandro Borghi is an Italian actor born in Rome. I He started his career as a stuntman thanks to his passion for sport and martial arts. After taking part in lots of television projects he was cast by Stefano Sollima for the role of a boxer for cult TV series “Romanzo Criminale 2”. He made his debut on the big screen in “5” by Francesco Dominedò.  2014 marks his big break: Sollima cast him once more choosing him for the leading role in “Suburra”, while in 2015 Claudio Caligari cast him for the leading role in “Non essere cattivo/Don't Be Bad”, presented at the 72nd Mostra del Cinema di Venezia, it was acclaimed both by critics and audiences, especially for rhe amazinf acting performances. In has 2016 he played Luigi Tenco in "Dalidà", which will soon open in cinemas nationwide and was also chosen by Michele Vannucci for his first feature length film "Il più grande sogno mai sognato". Alessandro has receives several awards including the journalists and critics  of Sngci and Sncci who gave him the Nuovo Imaie Talent Award for best emerging Italian talent thanks to his great acting skills.
