BIOGRAPHY
Fabio De Caro was born in Naples in June 1974, he approached stage acting at 16 and went to a theatre school helmed by Giancarlo Bianco.
He landed his first important stage role in 1998 in Cyrano de Bergerac which was a very successful experience. In 2005 he started interpreting small roles in huge TV productions like Un posto al sole, Il coraggio di Angela, Che dio ci aiuti, Un passo dal cielo, which were broadcast by Rai while the shows Le tre rose di Eva and Distretto di polizia were broadcast by.
He has also produced and acted in many shorts including Gli occhi di Cristo, Pattaya è il paradiso, Il soffio della terra (where he won the best actor award at the internazionale Cinema Alberini), Totore, Non sono nessuno.
In 2011 the great chance for the big break came with Acab, film by Stefano Sollima in which De Caro played a minor role. The director cast him two years later for one of the most popular series in the world: Gomorra. Fabio was cast for the role of mobster Malamore, one of the leading players of the show.
