BIOGRAPHY:
Massimiliano Bruno is a multihyphenate artist. He made his a debut as a film director with Nessuno mi può giudicare with Paola Cortellesi, Raoul Bova and Rocco Papaleo. He has written many successful scripts such as Notte prima degli esami, Ex and Maschi contro femmine directed by Fausto Brizzi. He has worked many a time with Paola Cortellesi for whom he has written three plays: “Cose che capitano” and “Ancora un attimo” which he acted alongside her and Gli ultimi saranno ultimi which earned him many awards such as “Premio ETI – Gli olimpici del teatro” and the “Anima” award, for the modernity of the script which tackles very important social issues connected to the world of work. His monologue “Zero” is his strong suit, it was directed by Furio Andreotti. He has also hosted several Tv Shows like Saturday Night Live for La7 and 80º minuto for FX. He has also starred in Boris, Roma Fiction Festival winner and as the investigator Coliandro.
