Synopsis
In the summer of 1982 the director François Truffaut, who was a guest of the Giffoni Film Festival in the company of Fanny Ardant, is kidnapped by the journalist and film buff Antonio Fiore.

LUCIANO DEL PRETE Born in Caserta on 12/21/1982, he graduated in East Asian Languages and Cultures. He has held several video workshops under the European Union Youth in Action Program, both in schools and for informal groups. He also made several documentary shorts such as KARMA - LA RINASCITA DEL LUPPOLO (2014) whose trailer was a finalist at the Trailers FilmFest in Catania in the Pitch Trailer section; #ACQUAPUBBLICA (2014) on the committee for the defense of public water in Roccapiemonte (Sa); PENSO DUNQUE MANGIO (2015), on the food chain at Km 0. In 2016 he realizes the short AVETE PRESENTE COCHABAMBA?, finalist at Capodarco - The other Festival. In 2018 as facilitator and videomaker he hosted a participatory video workshop for migrants of the Sprar and citizens of the city of Caserta promoted by the ZaLab film association. L'UOMO CHE RAPÌ TRUFFAUT, already previewed at the Napoli Film Festival, is his latest short documentary.
